These three farms are for sale under one seller who is VAT registered. The two of the farms share a boundary.

LOCATION:
Their location is on the south-western side of the Haenertsburg village. Their access is along a scenic dirt road through and passed other farms. The subject farms are at the end of the road without thoroughfare.

WATER:
PAEROA and FOUNTAIN HEAD often just classified simply under the name “PAEROA” have natural and constructed dams; multiple natural catchment areas and perennial streams.

The farms have “stream flow reduction” as their water use identification on the national register of water use records.
