65 Years on and Theo’s son Francois Goosen, who joined in December 1983, carries on with the business as usual along with established Raymond Pratt as co-director to the company and our professional team of property practitioners and administrators.

Over the last 65 years our office has most probably successfully placed more people and businesses into new homes, business premises and agricultural properties throughout Polokwane and Limpopo Province than any other property firm and our return business speaks well to prove this point..

In November 2024 the office moved to a new and more user-friendly address namely 109 Genl. Maritz Street, Bendor, Polokwane, and which gave new life to the business and the employees. Expanding our horizon and footprint in the province, Theo Goosen Estate Agents we were honoured with additions to the office in the form of local resident and estate agent Janet Blackburn for the Haenertsburg, Magoebaskloof, Georges Valley / Wolkberg district, and the very capable Kruger de Beer for the Marble Hall, Groblersdal and Roedtan area, making us a formidable force to be even more effective in serving the entire community of the Limpopo Province, this, together with our Polokwane based team of Philip Schalkwyk (Farms / Northern Busveld) as well as Elsabe Scheepers, Debbie Mommsen and 3rd generation employee Theo Goosen (Jnr).

Besides having sold 1 000’s of properties by way of private treaty/negotiation and auctions, our office has also valued as many properties over the decades, and today we still have two very experienced Registered Professional Valuers in Francois Goosen and Raymond Pratt to assist with this, including for late and liquidated estates.

We have also built up a formidable letting portfolio over the decades and are currently managing well over 180 properties, matching potential tenants with suitable properties. Our wide client base ensures that all potential tenants are targeted, whether local, national or international.
